+ How do I earn Auction Points?

For every Loyalty Point you earn we will give you an Auction Point for FREE! And you can start bidding as soon as you have accumulated Auction Points. It’s that simple.

Please Note: You cannot earn Loyalty or Auction Points while playing Bingo or participating in Multi-Player Tournaments.

-How do I Bid?
It’s so easy.
  1. Click on the Rewards link on the website or on the Belle Rock Rewards tab in your software.
  2. Open the Auction tab and click “Categories” to see what items you would like to bid on.
  3. Once you have seen an item that you wish to bid on, click on the item, and enter the number of Auction points you would like to bid.
  4. Or, you can click "Hot Items" and bid on any of the items that you wish to

Remember, as you bid on an item, the points are deducted from your Auction Points balance.

+ How often are my Auction Points updated?

Every day and as often as you play. As you are wagering, your Loyalty Points and your corresponding Auction Points will be calculated automatically. Auction Points are available within 24 hours.

+ Who can take part in Auctions?

Participation in Auctions is exclusively for players who have a Real Account with one of the participating Belle Rock Entertainment Online Casinos.

+ Can I buy Auction Points?

No. You earn Auction Points in conjunction with your Loyalty Points when you wager in the casino. But you can earn bonus Auction Points as a reward for certain behaviors.

+ Can I convert my Auction Points to Loyalty Points?

No. The benefit of playing at participating Belle Rock Entertainment Online Casinos is that you win twice by earning Loyalty Points AND Auction Points. The two sets of points are related to one another, but not interchangeable.

+ What is "My Watchlist"?

If you have seen an item you would like to bid on, but aren't ready to bid just yet, you can add it to your watchlist. Your watchlist will then keep a running tab of all auction activity around this item. For example: The highest bid and the auction closing time. If at any stage you want to bid on the item, you can do so from within your watchlist.

+ How do I know what the status of my bid is?

If you click on "My History" you'll be able to access information on:

  • What bids you've placed  
  • •Whether you have been successful and won an item
  • •Auction Points balance and how these points were earned.
+ How do I know if I have won a bid?

You will receive an email notification of your win and it will reflect on your Auction Statement.Should your item require a physical delivery, please ensure we have your delivery details. Should you fail to provide us with these details within one month, you will forfeit the item and the points used to bid on that item.

+ What happens if I don't win the bid?

Your Auction Points are automatically credited back to your Auction Account, so you have the chance to bid on another great item! You can view the details of all the bids you take part in, and their status, in the “My History” section of Auctions.

+ Can I send items I successfully bid on, to someone else?

Absolutely. Simply send us the details of the person you wish to receive this item (name, last name and account number) and we'll make sure they receive your gift.

+ Can I use post office address details for shipping?

Unfortunately not. We want to ensure that you receive your gift and require your street delivery details for direct delivery.

+ How long will it take for me to receive the item I have successfully bid on?

This will depend on where you live. The e-mail with your tracking number will confirm when you can expect your delivery. Winning bids for any gaming-related products like Free Spins, Lucky Number Mania or Deposit Promotions will be processed within 72 hours.

+ If I place a bid and I make a mistake or I decide later that I don't want the item, can I cancel my bid?

Typically, Auctions end at their posted closing times. In some instances, however, an Auction will need to end before its stated close date due to either technical or supply-related reasons. .

+ What is your return policy?

If for some reason the item you have bid on is broken or faulty in some way, please return this to the "sender" address listed on the waybill within 30 days of receipt. Please make sure you return this in the original packaging. And if for some reason we can't find the identical item, we'll be sure to find a suitable alternative for you.

+ How many Auction Accounts can I have?

You may have one Auction Account for every Real Casino Account you play on within the Belle Rock Entertainment Group. In instances where you have multiple casino accounts – and therefore multiple Auction Accounts – you may request that we consolidate all your Auction balances into one central Auction Account.

+ What if my account is based on Euros or Pounds?
